With over 25 years of service at Nabisco, Milt held a management position in multiple classes of trade, calling on traditional grocery retailers, drug stores, convenience stores, mass merchandisers, and club stores. Shortly after the birth of DeCA, Milt assumed responsibility for the military resale class of trade.
After the merger of Nabisco and Kraft, Milt saw an opportunity to become an entrepreneur and founded Military Resale Solutions alongside three of his children. The overarching philosophy driving growth for Military Resale Solutions Inc. is “The world is changing very fast. Big will not beat small anymore. It will be the fast beating the slow.” (Rupert Murdoch)
Amy brings to Military Resale Solutions 15 years of specialized expertise in the military resale industry comprised of sales and marketing strategy, business development, and statistical analysis. Amy is engaged with many of the HRALA’s (Hampton Roads Chapter of the American Logistics Association) fundraising events and outreach programs.
Amy earned a Master’s Degree from Old Dominion University, where she graduated first in her class with summa cum laude honors. ODU awarded Amy the Graduate Student of the Year Award. Her groundbreaking thesis on self-efficacy and motivation has been published by the Northeastern Recreation Research Symposium. She lives in Chesapeake, Virginia, and enjoys training for and competing in triathlons.
Greg brings an innovative and fresh outlook on Finance and Entrepreneurship to Military Resale Solutions. Greg is a graduate of Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises. He is the winner of the 2009 Panasci Business Plan Competition and the 2008 Nebraska New World Ventures competition.

Brian joined the Military Resale Solutions team in 2014 to develop our team responsible for purchasing, product sourcing, inventory management, logistics, and customer service. He brings an innovative and fresh outlook on logistics within the military channel.
Chris Lee
Director of Worldwide Sales
Chris is a graduate of Florida State University and has extensive experience with sales and territory management. He has been with MRS since 2014 and as Director of Worldwide Sales is responsible for managing eight dedicated Region Managers, an on-site Retail Effectiveness Team, as well as overseeing our partners on day-to-day operations. His mission is to drive sales with these teams and seek the most efficient go-to-market strategy. He and his team manage the everyday distribution of product goods and drive sales within the military channels.
Matt Harrison
Director of Operations
Matt is a former paratrooper with the 501st Airborne Battalion out of Anchorage, AK, and served two combat tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He received his undergrad from Shenandoah University and a Master’s in Management/Leadership from Liberty University. Before joining MRS in 2021, Matt spent 13 years with Dominion Energy as a Nuclear Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant. As Director of Operations, Matt specializes in organizational innovation and change management implementation. He works directly with MRS leadership, contractors, and sales teams to find continuous improvement opportunities as we strive towards operational excellence.
Ally is a graduate from Jacksonville University where she also played D1 soccer. She came to Military Resale Solutions in 2015 and has helped grow sales in all roles she’s held. Ally began her career with MRS as a Sales Analyst, then transitioned to the Retail Team as the Southeast Regional Manager. Through hard work, mentorship, and personal development, in 2023 Ally became the Director of East Coast Sales, leading a team of in-house Regional Managers as well as broker partners in achieving quarterly sales goals. In 2024, the MRS Retail Team went through a reorganization, and Ally was promoted to the Director of National Sales. In this role, Ally is responsible for daily sales operations, aligning internal and external stakeholders to monthly priorities, and implementing annual strategic goals to support growth and innovation. Ally provides oversight for our CONUS sales force as well as managing broker partners to drive everyday business as well as continuing to lead the industry with service to our patron’s.
Tara Kravitz

Tara has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Liberty University and is a CPA. She came to MRS as Senior Financial Analyst from a world-leading mutual fund company. Specializing in NASDAQ pricing, derivatives, and daily dividend mutual funds. She is responsible for critical business functions, but not limited to financial reporting, accounts receivables and payables, financial systems, implementing and maintaining best practices and business processes, and company initiatives and projects. Tara works closely with team members to understand their challenges and provide process-driven solutions, improves our internal accounting processes, and has significant knowledge of basic accounting best practices to complicated tax rules. Tara is very passionate about developing people, efficiencies, and processes and has extensive Excel knowledge.

Sharon has 43 years of experience in the military channel. Having started her career in the NEXCOM field, Sharon has rounded out her career as a senior leader with the largest military broker and working various manufacturer lines in the exchanges. She provides superior support to all branches of the exchanges, including Ships and Veterans Canteen. She has a wealth of knowledge in retail and supply chain logistics. Sharon provides insight on channel’s business objectives & works with manufacturers to align with the company’s business objectives.
